Charming chic is a modern, recently renovated, 40 sq.m. apartment on the 4th floor, in the centre of Kalamata, just next to the main square.
It has an open plan kitchen – living room with 1 sofa – bed, a bedroom with 1 double bed & a bathroom with shower.
The terrace is furnished with dining table & cot, and also has a small activity space for small children.
The apartment is adequately furnished & equipped with household equipment, while it has air conditioning & wi-fi.

The neighborhood
– The apartment is located in the heart of Kalamata, at a distance of less than 50m from the main square of the city.
– The shopping center with a plethora of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, steakhouses, supermarkets & playgrounds, are within walking distance.

Ways of transportation
-The port can be found in 10 ‘by road (2.5km) to enjoy your walk.
– Most of the surrounding streets have a controlled parking system, while at 400m you will find the municipal parking lot.
– There is a city bus stop and taxi less than 100m away.
– Kalamata has at it’s most part, bike lanes, so with a bike you have the opportunity to tour the whole city and explore every corner of it, from the historic center to the coastal zone

– Our apartment was renovated in January 2019. It can meet the modern needs of each visitor, offering comfort, modern equipment & aesthetics.
