The distribution of the common expenses and the issuance of a detailed account for each apartment separately, depending on the millimeters of its participation.
The collection of debts of apartments.
The replenishment of heating oil, always, in the presence of a representative of the building. and inventory control, during the winter months.
The care for the administrative issues as provided by the Statute - General Regulation of the Apartment Building, ie convening a meeting of the building, regular or special case, if there is a need.
The diligence for restoration of repair or damage, after consultation with the representative of the apartment building.
The maintenance and updating of the logistics books (income-expenses)of the building , which are at any time available to each owner, for any requested audit.
